If you are not satisfied with the quality of your aventura clothing purchase, you may return it directly to Sportif USA. We will promptly exchange, refund or repair your garment. guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear and applies only to sportif manufactured apparel. please refer to our 100% satisfaction guarantee for all other products.

100% satisfaction guarantee: Everything we sell is fully guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 90 days for a prompt and courteous exchange or refund of your purchase price. In addition, all products are guaranteed from defects for a full year.

returns and exchanges: If for any reason you wish to return or exchange a new item simply complete the return form located on the back of your invoice. Send the form along with your return to the address shown below. For your convenience a merchandise return label is included in your package. If you have received the wrong or defective item, our sincerest apologies. Please call us at 1-800-921-1655 and we will promptly send you a pre-paid shipping label so you can exchange the item.

If you do not have an invoice, please send your return along with your full name, billing address, telephone number and brief explanation of your return. With no proof of purchase, your credit will reflect current retail pricing. If your purchase was made at a retail store, you can return it to the place of purchase. If this is not possible, please contact our customer service department at 1-800-921-1655.

If you request a refund, the credit will be issued to the original form of payment. If no proof of purchase is provided, you will be issued an in house credit (at our current retail price) that can be used at a later date. If you request an exchange, we will waive the shipping on your new merchandise.
