GENERAL INFORMATION: We ship orders between 8am and 3pm (PST) Monday through Friday. When you place an order, it will be shipped within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted. If you order an item that is on backorder, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged for the order until it ships out. If you order multiple items, we will ship the in-stock items immediately and send the backordered items at a later date. You will not be charged shipping for the backordered item. Hemming and monogramming will delay your order by 1-2 days. We will notify you of any other delays in delivery.

STANDARD DELIVERY: To determine your actual shipping and handling charges, please see the chart below. We use USPS Priority or Fedex Home Delivery, depending on the delivery address and size/weight of the package. Allow a total of four to six days for delivery of in-stock non-personalized items. USPS is available for PO Box delivery.

EXPRESS DELIVERY: In a real hurry? FedEx Delivery is available for an additional $10.00 for economy service (2 business days for most locations), and $18 for overnight service (next business day for most locations) per address. Important Notes: Orders placed online after Noon EST for express delivery are not guaranteed to ship same day. FedEx requires a street address, and will not deliver to PO Boxes.

ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO & US VIRGIN ISLANDS: Standard delivery is via USPS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: For orders to locations outside the U.S., delivery time is up to 3 weeks for standard airmail delivery and up to 1 week for Fedex priority delivery (2-5 days for most locations). Any import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser and will be collected at time of delivery.

METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. (Sorry, no CODs.) All prices are in U.S. currency.

TAX: Due to the continual changing of state tax laws, your order may be subject to tax. Many states require tax on merchandise, services (hemming and monogramming), and shipping, while others do not. The tax section included below lists those states for which we are obligated to collect tax (current at this time). New states may be granted tax rights at any time. Please contact our customer service department to inquire about your state's present tax requirements.

For shipments to the following states, Sales tax will apply: AZ, CA, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MD, MO, NC, NE, NV, OH, OK, TX, UT, VA.
