If possible, get a friend to help. With arms relaxed at your sides, measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.
Measure around your waist at the narrowest part of your torso. Keep the tape parallel to the floor and one finger between the tape and your body.
Stand with your heels together and measure around the fullest part of your hips. Keep the tape parallel to the ground.
